Application In Gate Arm

The gate arm is driven by heavy duty, high output torque, single phase, instant reverse motor with a duty cycle exceeding 800 operations per hour. The motor is connected by two V belts to a heavy duty single reduction gear box. The gear box transmits power to the gate arm drive shaft through a harmonic acting crank and connecting rod with adjustable limit switches and cams regulating the gate arm travel.

The crank, connecting rod and main shaft are manufactured of heavy duty rolled steel plated, to deter rust and corrosion, supported by heavy duty bearing blocks.

Application In Conveyor

K series bevel helical gearbox & VF worm speed reducers were used on the drives for both the aligner conveyor and the belt gapper conveyor.

The reducers feature rugged cast iron housings and high-strength bronze worm gears mounted between heavy-duty tapered roller bearings. Large oil reservoirs provide efficient heat dissipation and lubrication for longer operating life.

Application In Screw Conveyors

Screw conveyors, like any other mechanical equipment, are driven by an electric motor. The motor provides a lot of power (HP) but very little torque (In-lbs). The power is effective at conveying the bulk material in the screw conveyor but can do little to start the screw or rotate it.

Each screw conveyor motor is connected, directly or indirectly to a speed reducer, also called a gear reducer or just reducer. The reducer takes the speed of the motor and reduces it to the required speed of the screw conveyor, usually 20-80 revolutions per minute (RPM). The combination of motor and reducer is commonly referred to as the screw conveyor drive.
There are lots of different combinations of motors and reducers available to drive a screw conveyor. In addition, there are lots of different ways to connect the drive to the screw conveyor. Over time, a few drive configurations have emerged and become the most common, mostly in part to the standardization of screw conveyors.

Application In Multiple Industries

Application of high-speed disperser in multiple industries:
A high-speed disperser is used in paint, textile, adhesives, pharmaceuticals, chemical, plastic, and ink manufacturing industries. These mixers play an indispensable role in these industries because of their ability to mix products efficiently and conjoin ingredients which were initially incompatible.

 Cosmetic industry:
High-speed dispersers have gained rapid popularity in the ever-growing cosmetics industry. They are often used to break apart lumps thoroughly and achieve the desired texture when it comes to liquid products. High-speed dispersers are used in the manufacture of fragrances, foundation, colour palates, and other skincare products.

 Pharmaceutical industry:
This industry depends heavily on high-speed dispersers. They are used for blending powdered chemicals and mixing different compositions of medicines together. Blending is often a part of the process of mixing pharmaceuticals and that is possible through the use of a high-speed disperser. Moreover, correctly using a high-speed disperser allows you to achieve a consistent and accurate mix which is imperative when it comes to medicines.

 Food and beverage industry:
Another major industry where a high-speed disperser is an invaluable tool is the food processing and beverage industry. Spreadable cheeses, salad dressings, and several dips achieve the required consistency by the use of a high-speed disperser.
